Q: What are some distinguishing features of a 2001 Audi RS4?
I'm just wondering what distinguishes a 2001 Audi RS4 from an A4, besides the performance features. I'm talking about the sedan version, not the avant
A: rs4 was not offered in the U.S. at all but is easy to identify by it's HUGE fender flares and front brake cooling ducts. The 01 s4 sold in the states is easy to distinguish from it's a4 brotheren by the front bumper cover. The s4 has a symetrical series of front grates to allow air to pass through the twin intercoolers on either side of the motor.

Q: How much is it a month for an Audi RS4?
I went to an audi dealer and looked at an RS4. It was $71,000. They said it would be $1500 a month on a lease. I dont see how that could be. Are they trying to rip me off? I mean $1500 a month?........
A: Who knows. You have to go to another Audi dealer and ask for a price on the same car and terms. Then compare.
Lease prices are negotiable, just like buying.
If you took an 84 month loan the monthly payment would be 1200, so 1500 for a lease seems OK. I bet it is a low mile lease?

Q: Does anyone know if a audi rs4 engine can be swapped into an a4?
I'm looking to find out if the rs4 engine fits in the a4 before i buy the a4 and everything but I cant seem to find out whether it fits or not so any answers will be helpful.
A: why would you want to put an RS4 engine into an A4. you can.but the modifications you would need to make would not be worth your while. the RS4 was built to take the extra horse power. the Power come's from a modified version of the B5 S4's 2.7 L, twin-turbocharged V6 engine tuned by Cosworth Technology, featuring enlarged intake/exhaust ports on the cylinder heads, turbochargers and intercoolers, and a six-speed manual transmission .
Even with a curb weight of 1620 kg (3568 lb), the RS4's powerful engine seconds and the 160 km/h can be achieved in just 11.6. Brakes are also developed in house by Audi/Cosworth Technologies .the A4 which i love is a great car but the chassis just would not be able to take the 375 bhp. or the braking that it would be required to do. if you really wanted something a bit more special than the standard 2.0 A4, why not try the S4, while not as fast as the RS4, it still is fairly special. hope that helps
Q: Which is better for someone who lives in the northeast. The Audi RS4, Mercedes C63 AMG, or the BMW M3?
I know the audi has awd, so its better in the snow what it does in the northeast. But it has too much of a rough ride and is way overpriced. So perfromance wise witch one would you buy.(Only answer this if your a car person)
A: I too live in the northeast and, while the Audi would be the most efficient, I have an affinity for BMW. I love the M3 and everything about it. I've never really been into Mercedes as a sports car, but for luxury, they know what they're doing. If you want pure sport and performance, definitely go with the M3. It's by far the most fun and it has out performed the C63 in a number of challenges. If you want performance all year, you could opt for the S4, instead of the RS4. You're looking at 3 great cars, but if I were doing it, there's no question, I would only go to the BMW dealer. To make up for our harsh winters, maybe settle on some nice luxury sedan or even forget those three models and go with something like a 335Xi with sport options. You're sacrificing some performance and sport styling, but you can drive it all year and you're going to save a little money as well.
Q: Is there gonna be a scale model of the Audi RS4?
Hi there guys. My Brother-in-law and my sister have bought themselves a dashing new Audi A4. They both love it, and so do I. Only problem is, my borhter-in-law loves the RS4 version, and seeing as it starts at 50K odd, it's a wee bit out of their price range. Does anybody know if anybody (minichamps, AutoArt, Ixo) is gonna be doing a scale model replica of the RS4? I'd really love to get him one as a gift. "I'd even settle for the 38K S4" as he said. So is there gonna be one of those either???

A: they are in the same price class they are the same size and are really direct competitors. I believe BMW will be releasing a 4 door M3 as well and Audi may be coming out with an RS5 coupe .

EDIT: I have NO idea. It doesn't sound like anything I've heard from a classical composer.
The music style sounds a bit modern. The company may have hired a composer to write the piece strictly for the commercial.

A: coming from someone whos name is dodge man i wouldnt know who to belive. i know lots about audis trust me. and i can tell you that a clutch for my A4 cost about 800 dollars. for the Rs4 plus labor itll cost over 2000 dollars. good luck

A: Wouldn't consider it even if I were being paid. No Audi is worth it when there are much better, faster, nicer cars available. Slight exception for the newest A6 and A8 only. Reliability is important to me and I've already had one Audi that didn't make it four years without constant headaches. Big mistake.

A: Limited in that they only plan to sell a certain number so that's all they build.It's not a car for everyone and Audi knows that so they decide how many they think they can sell.

The Top speed of the Audi is limited to 155mph. Same with the BMW M3.
Audi says that the real top speed of the Audi is 186mph.
BMW says the real top speed of the BMW M3 is 175mph.
