I am just curious to see what people would estimate. Well Thanks for the answers but the cheapest i could find was 2600 (for certified Audi Repair.

A: Option 1 - If your Laptop sound card doesn’t support 5.1 surround sound (like most of the laptops)...then my friend you have to buy an external sound card to enjoy the real 5.1 surround sound...... Option 2 - (Widely used) If you just want to hear sound from all your speakers... then.. just buy a 3.5mm Audio Splitter Cable. Q: Is there any way I can make my 02 Audi A4 3.0 sound good. I want a deep throaty sound.?
I already bought a K&N intake but i want it to be even deeper. Im looking for somehing under $100. I had bought magnafow mufflers but i cancelled the order when i realized i just didnt have the money for them. Is there anything cheap I can do? I dont have them money for an exhaust system.

A: aside from the intake, exhaust is the next cheapest way to get it sounding deeper. Check and see if your exhaust has a mid-muffler/resonator, you could simply chop that out and put a straight pipe in and keep the main mufflers in place to keep it from getting too loud.

Q: 1984 audi 3 speed trans?
I have a 84 audi 5000s with 3 speed auto trans so I should feel the car shift 2 times but I feel if shift three times so why is this???

A: Some transmissions are 3 speed with overdrive. It will shift 3 times total 2 times to third and the forth is to shift into overdrive. ALSO - Half way through the 1984 model year Audi started putting a 4 speed automatic in the 5000 model.

Q: Whats faster, an Audi 1.8T w/ chip or a 3.0?
I was interested in getting a 2003 Audi 3.0L over the 1.8T. Now, the 1.8 is much easier to get faster since it has a turbo, and the 3.0 would have to be supercharged to upgrade it. So, my question is, since adding a chip to the 1.8 would make it quicker, what is faster and overall better, a 1.8 with a chip or a 3.0 stock?

A: It would be good to put 91 octane or above. Your Audi can adapt itself to lower octane fuels, but by doing so, your fuel economy may drop, power availability may reduce, and your engine's knock sensors will have to continuously work their magic to keep the engine together! premium fuel all the way =]

Q: Can i put mid grade fuel in my 2005 Audi 3.0L??
I have an 2005 Audi 3.0L Quattro V6 and i was wondering if i could get away with putting mid grade fuel instead of premium? I usually put in premium but once in awhile i put in mid grade (when gas prices are insanely high). Anyone know if its worth saving the few extra dollars? Relative to the gas mileage i will lose by putting in mid grade and the effect on the engine... Thanks! =)

A: Yes, you can even drop down to the lowest grade. This can be done in cars above the year 1990 because the computers that manage the engine will change and adapt to the different fuel grade. This cannot be done in cars under 1990. You will also see a drop in your cars performance when using a lower grade fuel but it will not damage your engine.

Q: What should I get Cadillac CTS-V or the Audi A6 3.0T?
I am looking for a luxury sedan that has some power behind the wheel. The car I get should be fun to drive and play around with, and must have a good feel for the road. I want the seats to be comfy and the technology to be advanced.

A: i would go with the Cadillac CTS-V i think that u should look around alittle bit more and find a car that compares better with the CTS-V(S4, C63, M3) or A6(5Series, EClass).

Q: I have questions about my 2002 audi a4 3.0 quattro navigation system?
i just purchased this car with navigation system..does anyone know if i get an ipod connecter tht the playlists/song names will show up on the navigation, or the other center console screen...and also, if anyone can find a website on how to use this thing would be very helpful..thanks !

A: It wont show track names, it will just show up with "track 1"... and so on. You might want to try getting a "phatnoise" mp3 player. Mine tells me the track names when I select them. The NAV system may show the names.

Q: Decision Help me decide a 3 to 4 year old Audi A4 or Honda Accord diesel?
I would like to change my car, but no way I will get a brand new one, so I'm considering a used diesel car for economy, co2 emissions, etc Has anyone owned these models and what do you think is the better deal in terms of maintenance, running costs ?? Many thanks for your advice.

A: We have owned 6 A4's that have served us extremely well. Not one of them has been in the garage other than for a service and the part exchange value has been marvellous. All have been diesel saloons or avants and the running costs have been relatively low. I have never owned a Honda but have had trial runs and I can honestly say that I would prefer an Audi.
